Start with 1 Scale :
- If you are new to using pre-workout supplements or are sensitive to caffeine, it is recommended to start with half a scoop (1 scoop if you are more experienced).
- This helps assess your tolerance to stimulants and other active ingredients.
Mix with water :
- Mix 1 scoop (or recommended serving) with 8–10 oz of water . Adjust the amount of water to your taste.
Timing :
- Take it 20-30 minutes before your workout. This allows the ingredients to absorb and take effect once you start exercising.
Avoid Use Late in the Evening :
- Due to its caffeine content, it is recommended not to take EVP Extreme within 4-6 hours before bedtime to avoid disrupting your sleep.
For water :
- Pre-workout supplements like EVP Extreme contain stimulants and other active ingredients that can dehydrate you, so be sure to drink plenty of water throughout your workout and throughout the day.
Adjustment for Tolerance :
- If you find the energy boost too strong, you can initially reduce the dosage by 1/2 a dose or reduce the frequency of use to every other day.
- For best results, it's generally recommended to space your pre-workout use out over a few weeks, then take a week or two off.
