1. Purpose of the Information Text and Our Company's Position as Data Controller:
This website has the title of "data controller" within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") regarding personal data related to customers, and this Information Text aims to inform customers about the personal data processing activities carried out by the website owner in accordance with the said Law.
2. Purpose of Processing Customer Personal Data:
Customer personal data is processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, including the performance of the necessary work by the business units and the execution of the relevant business processes to enable the relevant individuals to benefit from the products and services offered by SUPPLEMENTHANE.COM; the performance of the necessary work by the relevant business units and the execution of the relevant business processes to carry out the commercial activities carried out by SUPPLEMENTHANE.COM; the planning and execution of SUPPLEMENTHANE.COM's commercial and/or business strategies; and the ensuring of the legal, technical and commercial occupational safety of SUPPLEMENTHANE.COM and the relevant individuals who have a business relationship with SUPPLEMENTHANE.COM. 3. Personal Data to be Processed with the Explicit Consent of Customers and Purposes of Processing:
Personal data to be processed in accordance with explicit consent and the purposes of processing are specified in the Consent Text.
4. Transfer of Customer Personal Data:
Customer personal data may be shared with Doğan Holding A.Ş. and Doğan Online Group Companies, Company officials, our affiliates, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and private institutions within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, including the performance of the necessary work by the business units and the execution of the relevant business processes to enable the relevant individuals to benefit from the products and services offered by SUPPLEMENTHANE.COM; the performance of the necessary work by the relevant business units and the execution of the related business processes to carry out the commercial activities carried out by SUPPLEMENTHANE.COM; the planning and execution of SUPPLEMENTHANE.COM's commercial and/or business strategies; and the planning and execution of the activities necessary to ensure the legal, technical, and commercial occupational safety of SUPPLEMENTHANE.COM and the relevant individuals who have a business relationship with SUPPLEMENTHANE.COM.
5. Method and Legal Reason for Collection of Personal Data:
Personal data is collected electronically from customers. Personal data collected for the legal reasons mentioned above may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, this Information Notice, and, where explicit consent is required, the Consent Notice.
6. Rights of Customers as Personal Data Owners:
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, data owners have the right to; (i) learn whether their personal data is being processed, (ii) request information regarding their personal data if it has been processed, (iii) learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose, (iv) know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether domestically or internationally, (v) request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or inaccurately and request notification of the action taken in this context to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, (vi) request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing are no longer present, despite the data having been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws, and request notification of the action taken in this context to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, (vii) object to any outcome to the detriment of the data subject arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, and (viii) request compensation in the event of damages suffered due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Requests regarding the exercise of these rights may be submitted by personal data owners to SUPPLEMENTHANE.COM using the methods specified in the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data under Law No. 6698. SUPPLEMENTHANE.COM will evaluate and finalize such requests within 30 days. SUPPLEMENTHANE.COM reserves the right to charge fees for these requests based on the fee schedule (if any) determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

In the following cases, where the personal data processing conditions stipulated in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law cannot be met, SUPPLEMENTHANE.COM must obtain the explicit consent of customers before personal data can be processed. Data processing activities are carried out within the scope of the Information Notice for processes that do not require explicit consent, and in processes that do require explicit consent, data is processed in accordance with the basic principles set forth in the Information Notice.
In this context, personal data of customers are processed by SUPPLEMENTHANE.COM for the purposes specified in Section 3 – Article IV of the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data under Law No. 6698 and in accordance with the procedure herein.
