Return / Withdrawal Policy (Türkiye) — Supplementhane
Withdrawal period
You can exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from delivery.
Product status
Products to be returned must be unopened, unused and in resalable condition; and must be sent with the invoice and all accessories , if any.
Return shipping fee

For defective/damaged/wrong products, the return shipping fee will be covered by us .

For all other returns (cancellation/change of decision), the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer .

We do not provide a return label ; return shipping is handled by the customer.
Return steps

Email us with your order number within 14 days of delivery: supplementhanecom@gmail.com .

The return address and instructions will be sent to you.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will be checked and your payment will be refunded within 10 business days using the same method you used for payment . (Bank reflection times may vary.)
Change
Subject to stock availability; if not available, a return process will be applied.
Products that cannot be returned (due to legislation)

Opened food supplements and hygiene products,

Products with short expiration dates/perishable products,

Custom-made products,

Products that cannot be mixed or separated with other products after delivery,

Opened books/software/digital content and data storage products.
Note: Defective/damaged/wrong products are excluded from these exceptions.
Other provisions (summary)
In the event of force majeure, notification will be provided, and cancellation/change/postponement options will be offered. Unauthorized use of a credit card will not result in delivery obligations.
