Rhodiola rosea is a plant in the Rhodiola genus and has been traditionally used as an adaptogen to support energy levels. Rhodiola has been shown to be particularly effective in supporting energy levels challenged by prolonged, low-intensity physical exercise. It may also help support cognitive function and endurance.

Our Rhodiola Rosea extract delivers Rosavins and Salidrosides from the plant itself in a concentrated form that is far more effective than consuming the plant itself.
As a dietary supplement, take 1–2 500 mg capsules in the morning or as needed. Some evidence suggests that response is actually diminished at higher doses, so taking more than 2 capsules at a time or 4 capsules per day is not recommended.
